Order Questions

Please email us at support@ombracosmetics.com. If you would like to cancel or change your order (We are only able to cancel orders within an hour of placing them). Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly to ensure our customers receive their orders as soon as possible, but we do our best to process your request!

You'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number when your package is shipped. Use this tracking number to check where your order is.

SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping for all orders over €50 within Europe.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. When your delivery is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please do not be worried! Check the tracking number and the status of your package first. Then, if you haven't received your order within 24 hours of the status changing to "delivered," please contact us. We are pleased to assist!

The exact shipping options for your country will be presented after you place your order. We will contact you by phone or email. International orders may be delayed, if your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of placing your order, please contact our customer service team for more information via the contact form.

Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination.  Most international orders will be delivered within 4 and 21 business days from the date the order is placed in our warehouse.

Shipping Disruptions

Packages undeliverable by FedEx,Hermes,DHL,DPD, USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
